Organisation

The choir is run in a family atmosphere associated with the local parish of St Denys du Saint Sacrement, and participates regularly in concerts and services in Paris and elsewhere in France and also from time to time in England. The children's families are informed well in advance of future events.

Rehearsals take place rue de Turenne in Paris' third arrondissement during term time on Saturdays from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. Individual lessons are given mostly on Wednesday afternoons.

The children attend a number of schools in Paris and the suburbs. All the choir's activities take into account the constraints of normal school attendance.

The annual subscription, which covers insurance, provision of music scores and concert dress is 90 €. Individual tuition is free of charge and the choir education requires consistency in participation, regular, punctual and assiduous presence at rehearsals and participation in concerts, tours and recording sessions as may be arranged.
